Conversations with Myself…

New Singles! Cole, Lewis, Williams & Sugababes

What a busy weekend this has been in terms of Radio Premieres, all by BBC Radio One! On Saturday we got played Robbie Williams‘ new single Bodies, on Sunday we got the exclusive play of Leona Lewis Happy AND to top it off the Sugababes‘ next single About A Girl. Finally, today we got the first play of Cheryl Cole‘s debut single Fight For This Love.

This is what I thought of all 4 songs…

FIGHT FOR THIS LOVE
Cheryl Cole
From the album Three Words
Out Oct 19

I really don’t know what to think about it. The demo of the track by Andre Merritt, I thought, was a not particularly memorable in any way; however I don’t know what to think of Cheryl’s attempt. It went down the r’n'b-lite route which is probably the only logical musical direction I could see her in. It’s a nice little track, I could see entering the charts somewhere within the Top 10 for sure. I’m not convinced that this is a good indication that she should continue solo, but we’ve yet to hear the other tracks from her album (Three Words) – this might be a red herring in terms of the direction of the whole album. It’s going to need a good video and a handful of good remixers cos I could see this going down a treat in the clubs.

Best Lyric: Cut the Vespa, let’s go slow
Best Part: The Bridge

ABOUT A GIRL
Sugababes
From the album Sweet 7
Out Nov 16
(Youtube Link)

Heavy effects on the voices which I thought was a bit of a shame, on first listen, seeing as they are all really good vocally. On a couple more listens the track has begun to grow on me. I don’t know what possessed them to release Get Sexy over this as a lead single because this is definitely a more summery club track, whilst Get Sexy may be appreciated as an autumn club banger. I must say I cringed when I heard Keisha sing “Red One. Sugababes” but I tend to want to ignore that bit. It’s definitely a sing-a-long track and would sound really good when played very loudly. The video is supposed to be Kill Bill themed… interesting. Top 3 prediction. It’s another good and interesting insight to their album.

Best Lyric: I’m in my Louis Vuittons, fire like a bomb.
Best Part: The Middle 8 with Amelle & Heidi
Worst Lyric: Red One. Sugababes.

HAPPY
Leona Lewis
From the album Echo
Out Nov 9
(No Youtube Link)

I’m loving it!
On first listen it was immediately forgetful, then again so are most tracks. Several listens later, it’s the hallmark of a good Leona mid-tempo ballad, and there are the recognisable Tedder ‘drum beats’ in the background. It certainly no Bleeding Love, but could come close. The lyrics are beautiful and are sung beautifully. I cannot wait for the video & her album! Number 1 (or 2) for sure.

Best Lyric: So what if this world just throws me off the edge? My feet run out of ground.
Best Part: The Chorus

robbie_williams_-_bodies_cover

BODIES
Robbie Williams
From the album Reality Killed the Video Star
Out Oct 12
(Youtube Link)

Wonderful comeback from Mr Williams. Certain to be a hit. It reminded me of most of his past incarnations. At first the verses, bridge and chorus almost spoken/sung/rapped made me think this was going to be another Rudebox ditty – by no means a bad thing – until the second chorus kicks in! This made me think of his preview hits from the album Escapology. Not saying that he’s rehashing his past hits because it’s just he manages to maintain everything we loved about his previous records whilst creating a totally fresh sound. Instantly hooked. Top 3, depending on the state of the charts. Love it.

Best Lyric: Bodies in the Bohdi tree…
Best Part: The 2nd Chorus

This is the track list so far for the girl’s 7th Studio album. Bonus tracks may still yet appear. The first single Get Sexy is out on the 31st August, whilst the second single About A Girl is released 2 weeks prior to this albums release.

I’m not particularly enjoying the album title, maybe if it was Sweet Seven it would be a little more redeeming.

I’m very surprised about the chosen track list; whilst I think it may be a pretty solid list, including many of her early hits including all of the singles from her debut album; I feel that many notable works including Erotica and Ray of Light have been very under-represented especially the omission of Deeper and Deeper. I also feel that her more “current” tracks like American Life and Give It 2 Me should have been included in place of random tracks such as Miles Away

celebration-single-madonna
The single, Celebration, a collaborative effort from Madonna and Paul Oakenfold is released on the 14th September in the UK.

Oh, and HAPPY 51ST BIRTHDAY TO THE QUEEN OF POP! (yesterday!)

***

Other stuff is really just a couple of music things I found on YouTube..

Including Whitney Houston‘s lead single from her album I Look to You, Million Dollar Bill

And a track which the Sugababes were very sad that didn’t make the track list of their still yet-to-be-named seventh studio album, Lincoln Continental. It was written by Ne-Yo and this YouTube video is actually the demo version with Ne-Yo’s vocals.

Enjoy.

Sugababes2

It’s time for a Sugababes update!

Here are some exciting developments on the album campaign, they’ve previews 2 brand new tracks: “About A Girl” which is RedOne production and their next single. Also “Thank You For the Hearbreak” produced by Stargate.

Get Sexy

About A Girl

It’s certainly much better and instant than “Get Sexy”. I was laughing at the RedOne… Sugababes part, however it was to be expected.

Thank You For the Heartbreak

I do like it, it’s much more disco-tastic!

I can’t wait for the album now!

Robbie, Whitney & Sugababes

That’s the line up for today’s post!

First off it’s Robbie Williams who’s looking to return with his new album “Reality Killed The Video Star”, out November 9th with the preceding single “Bodies” impacting October 12.

Robbie in 2009

This is his first album since his 2006 release “Rudebox” which, despite being a UK number 1 album failed to sell as much as his previous records. The forthcoming release is also his final original album release from his £80m record deal with EMI. The album and single have been produced by Trevor Horn.

He has also been working with Don Black on the album. Black co-wrote the James Bond themes Thunderball and Diamonds are Forever. Also, Michael Jackson‘s early release Ben. Williams stated that some of the songs on this album have been re-written with Jackson in mind.

Click here for the full original article.

I’m actually pretty excited about this release for some reason. I personally loved Rudebox because it was just really quirky.

Williams described this record:

[as a mix of the] old Robbie, new Robbie and a Robbie that neither of us have met”.

Also check out instrumental snippets of some album tracks on his Official Website (the trailer). They sound epic.

Next up is Whitney Houston. I cannot wait to see what she comes up with, her previous album release Just Whitney was such a disappointment and she clearly wasn’t “with it” during that era.

Anyway she’s really back with her new album I Look to You is released August 31, 2009 in the UK; however there is no release date for a launch single.

The title track I Look to You has already been released within the US and other territories but there has been no word of a UK release. The track was written by R. Kelly and produced by Harvey Mason Jr. and Chris “Tricky Stewart.

Other tracks proposed as singles include the Alicia Keys penned track Million Dollar Bill, produced by Kasseem “Swizz Beatz” Dean; and I Didn’t Know My Own Strength which was written by Diane Warren and produced by David Foster.

Houston commented on the themes of the album at the album listening party in London:

“It’s about making the songs last in the hearts of the people. And that’s what we’ll try to do with this album. If you wanna cry, you’ll cry, if you wanna laugh, you can laugh, if it’s make you dance, you’ll dance. ‘Cause that’s what it’s all about…”

Amongst the names already mentioned, she has worked with some big names for this comeback including: Fernando Garibay, Johntá Austin, Stargate, Claude Kelly and Akon (who is the only person to feature on a track on her album).

Here’s the cover & track listing!

I Look to You

Whitney Houston
I Look to You

1. Million Dollar Bill
2. Nothin’ But Love
3. Call You Tonight
4. I Look to You
5. Like I Never Left (feat. Akon)
6. A Song for You
7. I Didn’t Know My Own Strength
8. Worth it
9. For the Lovers
10. I Got You
11. Salute
12. I Didn’t Know My Own Strength (Remix – iTunes Bonus Track)

Finally, the Sugababes. They have released the Get Sexy track listings and it seems like they won’t be including and new B-Sides. However I’m quite intrigued about the Hadouken! mix.

Just an FYI for people. The “Single Version” is the version which features all of the ‘Babes on the chorus (i.e. the version used on the video) and the “Radio Edit” is the version which only features Amelle singing solely on the chorus.

CD Maxi
1. Get Sexy (single version)
2. Max Sanna and Steve Pitron Mix
3. Bitrocka Remix
4. Superbass Vocal

1. Get Sexy (single version)
2. Get Sexy – Radio edit (feat. Amelle on chorus)

6. Hadouken! Remix – iTunes exclusive

Thrilling stuff.

Music Makes You Lose Control

Howdy folks!

It’s that time again to bring you more thrilling updates on some of my favourite music artists. Now, again most of this should’ve been posted yesterday so it was a little more up-to-date but I was a tad too preoccupied.

But better late than never!

*****

Let’s begin with Mr Will Young who has announced the release of his first Greatest Hits collection. In his Official Newsletter the information is as follows:Will Young

Will Young – The Hits

  1. Evergreen
  2. Light My Fire
  3. You & I
  4. Leave Right Now
  5. Your Game
  6. Friday’s Child
  7. Switch It On
  8. All Time Love
  9. Who Am I
  10. Changes
  11. Grace
  12. Let It Go
  13. Bonus Track 1
  14. Bonus Track 2

The collection, if you haven’t already gathered, contains the majority of the singles from his four albums: From Now On, Friday’s Child, Keep On & Let It Go; plus 2 brand new tracks. The only singles omitted are Evergreen’s a-side partner Anything Is Possible, The Long & Winding Road (a duet with Pop Idol runner-up Gareth Gates) and Don’t Let Me Down which was You & I’s other a-side.

He’s been apparently working with Calvin Harris and Groove Armada, possibly on a new album or for the bonus tracks for this hits collection.

I have all of Will’s albums but I never really considered myself a huge fan but I feel the track listing contains a good solid body of work that any artist should be proud of. I did wish Anything Is Possible was included in the track list and that the listing should really be a little mixed up rather than just in a chronological order; if you were to do that I would’ve preferred it to be Present to Past.

***

Next up with have another fun update on the Sugababes (you can almost tell that I actually like these guys…).

Here’s the single cover for their single Get Sexy out on the 31st August.

Get Sexy Single Cover

Plus here’s a better quality version of the video:

Slightly off on a tangent, Tinchy & Amelle‘s single Never Leave You is currently topping the UK iTunes chart and are #1 on the midweek’s (counting both physical and digital sales) at the moment. The biggest contenders so far will be the Black Eyed Peas‘ follow-up single I Gotta Feeling and Madonna‘s Greatest Hits single Celebration which is out in the next few days!

Tinchy Stryder also feels that he’d be up for “returning the favour” to Amelle and working on a new Sugababes’ track as a featured artist if it felt like it was right for him (click here for the full article).

***

Alrighty, now onto The Saturdays.

It’s just a quick one really, but this article (click here) stating that they threatened to go on strike in favour of more break time seems like a load of bulls**t. However, I must say I’m not surprised they seem like they’ve been working non-stop since they’ve started!

Oh and don’t forget to pre-order their 2010 calendar! (here)

Saturdays2010***

Woo now for the legend that is Miss Britney Spears.

I love, love, love this cake that a massive Britney fan got made for their birthday! I wish I got this type of cake made for me..!

Cakes like a Circus

There’s still no news on the apparent Greatest Hits/Best Of/Singles Collection she is meant to be releasing which coincides with the final leg of her Circus Tour. Amazon.com has it listed here. (Obviously I don’t count this as real evidence for a release…)

She’s been in the studio with Max Martin during her mainland European stint of the Circus Tour and it seems Fernando Garibay has been working on some new tracks to submit; furthermore Keri Hilson has also mentioned that she may be working on some new tracks for her.

No one actually knows what these tracks are for, whether new tracks for the greatest hits or for a new album??

Final Act of the Circus

And talking about the Final Act of the Circus Tour (starring Britney Spears) – which kicks off soon! – I’m wondering whether, with the name change, there will be any significant changes. I mean she has added Mannequin to her set list and has not been performing Touch of My Hand in some of her recent shows. Are these signs of things to come? Will she add new songs? Change songs? Or just change up the costumes? Who knows until she resumes her tour August 20th in Hamilton, Canada!

I would probably like to see more oldies coming back, like Stronger or Overprotected; or perform more Circus tracks (seeing as she’s only performing the singles from it despite it being called “The Circus Tour”) like Out From Under or Kill the Lights. OR even perform Toy Solider from Blackout! I actually wish I could see her again!

***

Now we’re onto someone new! Natalie Imbruglia.

NatImbrug

She releases her fourth album, Come To Life, on October 5th! Here’s the track listing:

  1. My God
  2. Lukas
  3. Fun
  4. Twenty
  5. Scars
  6. Want
  7. WYUT
  8. Cameo
  9. All The Roses
  10. Wild About It

The new single is Wild About It, out September 28th, and the video is available on the official site or you can watch it on youtube here:

I’m looking forward to what she puts out because I liked Counting Down the Days, Left of the Middle and White Lillies Island. She’s worked with Coldplay on this album and I’m interested to what spin they put on her music. However, I must say I am slightly disappointed with Wild About It. It’s a little bit mundane. I suppose I was expecting another Shiver or Torn or Wrong Impression, but I’ll reserve judgement ‘til I hear the rest of her output.

***

Finally a little quickie on Leona Lewis.

Leona

I just wanted to update you on what she’s been doing for her follow-up to the smash Spirit. She’s been working with a hell of a lot of amazing writers and producers including:

Timbaland, Ryan Tedder, Taio Cruz, James Fauntleroy, Danja, Xenomania, Bangladesh, Max Martin, Aqualung, Ina “the 6th Saturday” Wroldsen, Ne-Yo, Claude Kelly, Novel, John Shanks and Will.I.Am.

Good Stuff.

Musical Musings

Righteo, I’ve got another couple of little musical musings here and there… This post will be littered with YouTube-ings I’m afraid…

First off the SUGABABES.

Here’s a fancy video of them performing their new single Get Sexy at Amsterdam’s Gay Pride 2009:

The song is not bad live, plus the dance routine isn’t over-the-top, it didn’t look awkward, just seemed like the ‘Sugababes’. I think it is far better than when they just seemed to point during the Push the Button performances. All-in-all very good! So I can’t wait for a proper television performance!

I was also flicking through various sites and came across some more exciting news about their upcoming album including the some (possible) track names for their yet-to-be-named album (many sites, e.g. Amazon.co.uk have given it the name “LP7”, but I’ll wait and see):

About A Girl, No More You, Thank You For The Heartbreak, Wait For You & Wear My Kiss.

With Get Sexy being produced by the Smeezingtons, About a Girl is apparently tipped to be the next single (prior to the release of their album) which is rumoured to be produced by RedOne. The  next track is produced by Stargate and the latter two tracks are done by Fernando Garibay. All of which I am really quite excited now! It seems like they have gone all out for this return to prominence after the disappointment of Catfights & Spotlights.

The next music act next in line for some comments is THE SATURDAYS.

Here’s a quite literally thrilling performance of “Beggin” at this year’s Oxegen Festival.

With Girls Aloud missing in action this year it’s time for these ladies to give it all they’ve got to prove that they can make it in the current music climate where Pop is more or less back and ruling the charts! After their sold out UK theatre tour, to which I did go to and I found to be AMAZING, they’re working hard to put together their upcoming sophomore album.

I have been snooping on sites and have discovered some (possible) track names, also the writers of the tracks which are in the parenthesis. The first two they previewed to fans as they performed it during their Work Tour.

  1. Wordshaker (David Eriksen, Ina Wroldsen)
  2. One Shot (David Kreuger, Per Magnusson, Ina Wroldsen)
  3. Deeper (Una Healy, Vanessa White, Mollie King, Frankie Sandford, Rochelle Wiseman, Ina Wroldsen)
  4. Baby Baby, also known as 4AM (Josef Larossi, Andreas Romdhane, Ina Wroldsen)
  5. Denial (Chris Braide, Ina Wroldsen)
  6. No One (David Eriksen, Ina Wroldsen)

So all these tracks seems to be co-written by Ina who is their “6th Saturday” – she co-wrote the majority of their debut including Up and Issues.

Other rumours suggest that Forever Is Over is the title of their next single, for which they have filmed the music video to it already! They’re working non-stop at the moment as they are taking themselves around Asia to promote their music for the next 12 days. Plus they’ve already been to the US to record a couple of songs in L.A. Plus! They may also be supporting Kylie Minogue (!!!) on her first US tour “For You, For Me”.

Other track names I’ve also found include:  Open Up, How Do You Want My Love & Ego.

I have high hopes for this group and I really can’t wait to see what else they can come up with!

Onto more random stuff… MARIAH CAREY

As physical music sales are slumping some music labels are apparently trying to integrate branding into some artists’ CD album booklets!

For the full article click here

Island Def Jam has decided to test this out on Mariah’s upcoming album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel. In this the CD booklet will contain lifestyle ads from Elizabeth Arden, Angel Champagne, Carmen Steffens, Le Métier de Beauté and the Bahamas Board of Tourism and also a mini-magazine containing Mariah-centric editorials. Imperfect

Personally, I don’t believe this is necessary, the mini-magazine could be good but only if they actually put any effort into the interviews and if they had some pretty good photos. All I really care for in any album booklet is some good artwork/photos and the lyrics so I can sing along with the album. I don’t even look at the rubbish they normally include with the album, e.g. ringtones; I’m not really going to be interested in these advertisements. Also with iTunes and other download systems it’s not going to be possible to include copious amounts of advertisements. You might as well sell some lifestyle magazine with the album!

Back to Mariah, not really feeling her new track “Obsession”, sorry it’s just a bit dull. Maybe the next single?

Woo right onto other business… KELLY CLARKSON

Here’s performing “Already Gone”:

I love the song but most people have already said it sounds a lot like Beyoncé’s Halo.

Kelly_Clarkson_-_Already_Gone

Kelly’s  urged the record company not to release this as a single, by the looks of the cover seems like she wanted Cry to be released instead. Anyway, she’s very upset with her record company and Ryan Tedder (who wrote both songs).

The melody of both songs are very similar, apparently it was written before Halo but Tedder may have also given the melody to Beyoncé as he didn’t think  Kelly’s would be released/a big hit.

Then, I found this hilarious commentary about it…

Right Click. Save As… (or just Left Click)

I loved the Circus “Remix” haha.

Frankly, I love both songs; and I don’t even see the songs ripping off the other.

I feel sorry for Kelly but I’m guessing after she had her way with My December (and seeing how that went down… quite literally) she may be forcibly inclined into listening to her record company. I feel that both songs should be listened to in isolation and peoples should ignore their quite similar melody. To be honest I doubt the average music listener will notice, but those that do will accuse Kelly of copying Beyoncé  – actually no one copied, it’s just Tedder gave both acts the same melody! How rude! And the accusations are the reason why Clarkson is very upset about this release. She doesn’t even perform the song during her sets.

Tedder has commented stating that he did not do anything wrong and that he did not sell both artists the same song. The Beyoncé camp has not commented.

Oh well I still love the song!

On another Kelly related thing, I found someone had posted the demo for her song “Don’t Let Me Stop You”:

Interestingly Claude Kelly originally gave it an R&B-lite spin which I would not have seen Kelly accepting for a record but the final outcome (click) which has taken a far more pop/rock route, equally good!

And Finally… BEYONCÉ

Some exciting news for the Australian fans is her album I Am… is coming out in a special “platinum” edition, the difference from the original also is that it includes:

Scared Of Lonely, That’s Why You’re Beautiful & Hello - Which were included on her Deluxe Edition of her album.

Plus the addition of:

Ego (Remix – feat. Kanye West), Why Don’t You Love Me, Honesty (a Billy Joel cover) & Save The Hero

And a DVD, featuring all her videos!

  1. If I Were A Boy
  2. Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)
  3. Diva
  4. Halo
  5. Broken Hearted Girl
  6. Ego (Remix – feat. Kanye West)
  7. Ego (Fan Exclusive)
  8. Sweet Dreams
  9. Behind the scenes of the videos

I wish I could get this but it’s only available down under! One thing that bugged me is that the double CD had been mixed into one which I though missed the point of the CD, as one disc was Beyoncé’s tracks and the other was identified as Sasha Fierce’s tracks. Oh well.

Also, I have been listening to all things Beyoncé today and yesterday and, as with Britney & Michael Jackson, here’s my little hierarchy of her albums!

  1. I Am… Sasha Fierce
  2. B’Day
  3. Dangerously In Love

I probably will do the Sugababes soon, maybe after the release of their next album!

Thrilling stuff.

Whilst on my Pop-travels I came across some thrilling gifs which represent the upcoming Sugababes video for their single “Get Sexy

getsexy1

and

gextsexy2

HOT.

Anyway, video exclusively premiers on UK television on the freeview/sky music channel 4Music at 11AM (GMT) and 11.15AM on Channel4.

However it seems that it’s already on the BOX music channel. So much for “EXCLUSIVE”…

So I think they look hot, judging by their new promo shots, they’re heading in the right direction style-wise YAY.

sexyget

So much better than this atrocity… right?

oh dears

Granted, this was a one-off and not at all linked to Catfights & Spotlights but still… not-sexy, let’s hope they don’t venture to this style anytime soon!

Anywho, that was pretty random…!

Wahey! Right…

…and Today’s post was brought to you by the letter ‘B’ for BORED!

So today was possibly one of the most boring days yet of this holiday. I was meant to be doing something useful today but then it was cancelled! “Great!” I thought, so I then was contemplating doing something that would benefit me at university. This included reading the given readings (all 4) for my 3rd year project but it looked really boring! I mean they’re not your average 1 sided journal article, these were like 45 pages… 45?! And yes I understand we’re not in college anymore so what am I supposed to expect… but still?!

I then also thought I should really start looking up potential jobs/internships for next year seeing as I finish university and all I probably should be getting one of those ‘careers’ people seem to be chatting about!

BUT after all that thinking and umm-ing and ahh-ing I was just browsed on the Internet forums, news pages, youtube, facebook when I came across 3 fancy songs today!

Right first up was: Miley Cyrus – Party in the U.S.A.

Now technically I did find this yesterday but I listened to it more and by god it’s incredibly annoying! But annoying because it’s too catchy… with some particularly ridiculous lyrics which anyone could really right (Dr. Luke & Claude Kelly, I am ashamed!), some of which included: “And the Britney/Jay-Z song was on (repeat x3)” and “nodding my head like ‘yeah’, moving my hips like ‘yeah’” , had my head bopping along and I practically knew the song words after 2 listens. I know I shouldn’t really be listening to her, but with “The Climb” I couldn’t resist!

Anyway, next up was: Madonna – Celebration.

I was just reading up on her greatest hits when I found this exciting link to it on YouTube (edit: it’s been taken down, but what a lovely photo…). Now I’m a very very casual Madonna listener so it’s not like I had any preconcieved ideas about how I’d like to see this song to turn out, but I found it to be… alright. Not good. Not bad. Just OK. Shame really, but it’s an improvement from ‘Hard Candy’. EDIT: Now I’ve listened to it more, I think this would be amazing in a club!

The next song I found was… Eva Simons – Silly Boy

I don’t know, I can’t really see it’s appeal, it seemed like a middle-of-the-road song  which crossed between Rihanna and Lady Gaga. The video is actually pretty good, seemed low budget but they made it work! I could see the hint of Gaga and Rihanna in her, she has a wacky hairstyle which was pretty cool. I’m sure I’ll probably grow to like it. I DO expect it to have somewhat an impact here, possibly being a “hit” here but that’s just cos people just seem to like this type of music recently (especially as Gaga is spreading her joy currently).

In other news!

Oh I would also like to mention the new single by Beverley Knight: Beautiful Night, which I also love – especially that Jason Bietel (yum) in the video! Must note that Beverley does not fool me with her “dancing” as she would like to have us fooled in the last few minutes of the video!

On my web travels I did get to watch the new music videos of Shakira‘s “She Wolf” (click here!) AND the Sugababes “Get Sexy” (click here for exclusive)! Both of which I enjoyed thoroughly. Shakira was bendy, curvaceous and sexy plus! The video actually made it that there was a she wolf in her closet – brilliant! The Sugababes’ effort was great too, such an improvement from the snooze-fest that was the Girls video. But I can’t wait to see those videos on TV in HD!

Talking of High Def, I’m thoroughly excited about my parents finally upgrading to Sky+HD from the boredom of Freeview… I mean it’s alright for a bedroom but for the lounge?! All I ever watch in a week is the news, Ugly Betty, the occasional house program on channel 4. So It’ll be slightly more exciting to watch repeats of other shows on other channels! Eventually I probably would get tired of it though!

So more from today, less internet based… yet again, have to cook for the parents today! Spaghetti Bolognese again, a little less tasty this time, the bell peppers used totally made the sauce too watery so I had to compensate by adding more seasoning and herbs than I care to normally add. Thankfully it did mask the watered down taste brought on my the peppers. Note to self: Never use peppers for pasta sauce again!

And finally… I got a call from work saying they’d like me to do 2 more shifts! Hooray! Working all day too so that’s another £120 in the bank!

I don’t think I will be using many youtube embeds in future posts, but it was exicting to experiment!
